| 摘 要： | 目的:总结肝硬化失代偿期TIPS术患者围术期抗凝治疗的观察和护理。方法:选取我科2011年1月~2013年6月行TIPS手术患者17例,术前做好患者的术前指导和各项准备,术后重视抗凝药物的观察和护理。结果:患者在住院期间均未发生通道狭窄及血栓形成,17例患者病情好转出院。结论:抗凝治疗是TIPS术治疗肝硬化失代偿期成功的关键,做好围术期抗凝治疗的病情观察和护理,对于疾病的预后和康复起到了关键作用,同时可提高手术成功率和患者满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective ：To summary observation and care of anticoagulation therapy in TIPS of decompensated cirrhosis patients. Methods：17 TIPS perioperative patients form January 2011 to June 2013 were strengthened guidance and preoperative preparations, strengthened observation and care of TIPS perioperative anticoagulation therapy. Results：None of 17 patients did occur narrow channel and thrombosis during hospitalization, their condition improved when they discharged. Conclusion ：Anticoagulant therapy in TIPS perioperative patients with decompensated cirrhosis is key to success treatment, and it played a key role in rehabilitation and good prognosis of the patients to strengthen observation and care of TIPS perioperative anticoagulation therapy. Moreover, it improve the success rate of TIPS and patient satisfaction. |
