肾盂输尿管交界处梗阻影像学诊断资料的对比分析

目的：比较肾盂输尿管交界处梗阻的影像学诊断方法。方法：对比分析１６例患者的Ｂ超、静脉及逆行肾盂造影、泌尿系ＭＲＩ水成像及ＣＴ等影像学诊断资料。结果：１６例Ｂ超检查均显示肾盂积水；静脉肾盂造影有１０例不显影或显影不清；逆行肾盂造影和泌尿系ＭＲＩ水成像１１例均显影清楚；ＣＴ检查３例能显示积水。结论：Ｂ超适于该病的初筛检查，静脉肾盂造影作为常规检查，ＭＲＩ水成像适于静脉肾盂造影不显影及有禁忌证者；逆行肾盂造影不宜作为常规检查；ＣＴ检查只适于做为辅助检查

ANALYSIS OF IMAGING DIAGNOSIS IN PATIENTS WITH URETEROPELVIC JUNCTION OBSTRUCTION

Objective:To compare and evaluate a role of various imaging modalities in the diagnosis of ureteropelvic junction obstruction.Methods:Sixteen patients with ureteropelvic junction obstruction underwent B ultrasound scanning,intravenous phelography(IVP),retrograde urography, magnetic resonance(MR) urography and CT scanning,and their findings were compared.Results:B ultrasound showed hydronephrosis in all 16 patients.Of them,IVP provided poor renal opacity in 10 patients.Retrograde urography and MR urography produced a good image in all 11 examined patients.CT showed hydronephrosis in all three examined patients.Conclusion:Both B ultrasound and IVP can be used as a first choice imaging modality for diagnosis.MR urography is recommended to the patients in whom IVP is affirmative and contra indicated.Retrograde urography is suggested to be used only the day before operation.CT scanning may be used as a complementary method.
