| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨上消化道出血的护理。方法选择了48例上消化道出血的病人，采用多项综合护理方法，密切观察病情变化。结果48例病人中47例痊愈出院，治愈率97．9％，1例死亡，死于严重失血性休克。结论上消化道出血病人进行综合护理，减少死亡率。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the nursing of acute hemorrhage of upper digestive tract. Methods 48 patients with acute hemorrhage of upper digestive tract were selected, the comprehensive nursing measures were taken and the patients' conditions were observed carefully. Results 47 pationts were cured and the cure rate was 97.9%.One of 48 patients died of severe hemorrhagic shock. Conclusion The death rate is reduced if the comprehensive nursing measures are taken for the patients with acute hemorrhage of upper digestive tract. |
