益肺活血颗粒治疗老年肺心病56例临床观察

目的探讨益肺活血颗粒对老年慢性肺源性心脏病(简称肺心病,CPHD)患者的治疗作用。方法 108例符合中西医诊断标准的老年CPHD患者,随机分为益肺活血颗粒治疗组56例,对照组52例,治疗14 d后,观察2组临床疗效,评价血气分析、肺功能指标(FEV1%、FEV1/FVC%)。结果治疗组总有效率92.86%,优于对照组78.85%(P<0.05),治疗组与对照组上述指标均较治疗前改善,但治疗组较对照组更为明显(P<0.05),且药物治疗安全性好。结论益肺活血颗粒治疗老年CPHD的临床疗效显著,能改善血气分析、促进患者肺功能的恢复。

Treatment of senile pulmonary heart disease with Yifei Huoxue Granules in 56 cases

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Yifei Houxue Granules on senile chronic pulmonary heart disease(CPHO).Methods The elderly patients with CPHD(n=108) accorded with the diagnostic standard of Chinese and Western medicine were randomly divided into treatment group(n=56) and control group(n=52).After treatment for 14 days,the curative effect was observed in two groups,and blood gas analysis,forced expiratory volume(FEV1%) and FEV1/forced vital capacity(FVC%) were reviewed.Results The effective rate was 92.86% in treatment group,that was higher than that in control group(78.85%,P<0.05).The above mentioned indexes were all improved in two groups,while they were more significant in treatment group(P<0.05) and the safety was higher.Conclusion Yifei Huoxue Granules had a significant curative effect on senile CPHD,and can improve blood gas analysis and promote the recovery of lung function.
