小儿脑瘫康复护理早期干预及效果评价

目的 探讨小儿脑性瘫痪应用康复护理、按摩推拿、家庭干预综合措施、早期干预等对患儿运动功能康复及智力提高的效果。方法 采用综合治疗措施56例为观察组, 单纯常规治疗69例为对照组,两组作疗效及有效治疗平均天数对比。结果 观察组的总有效率为92.9%,对照组总有效率为47.83% ,p<0.01,有非常显著性差异,两组有效治疗平均天数对比p <0.05,亦有非常显著性差异。结论 实践证明采用康复护理按摩推拿与家庭干预相结合的综合措施,治疗脑性瘫痪,疗效明显提高,为今后提供了有效的治疗方向。

The Effective Evaluation of Rehabilitation Nursing and Early Intervention in Child's Cerebral Palsy

Objective To explore the effect of the comprehensive measure including rehabilitationnursing, massage, family early intervention in improving the intelligence of children's cerebral palsyand recovering their motor function. Methods Fifty-five patients (as observation group) receivedcomprehensive treatment, then sixty-nine patients (as control group) received general treatment. The twogroups were contrasted with the curative effect and the average days of effective treatment.ConsultsThe total effective rate was 92.9% in the observation group, and it was 47.83% in the control group. Thedifference of them was very significant (P<0.01). The difference in the average days of effectivetreatment was also very significant (P<0.01).Conclusion It is proved that the comprehensive measureincluding rehabilitation nursing, massage and family intervention can obviously improve the curativeeffect of cerebral palsy patients, and it is an effective therapeutic way in treatment of cerebral palsyin the future.
