解表清热片的提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的优化解表清热片的提取工艺。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,对挥发油的包合因素、水煎煮提取物中浸膏得率和葛根素含量采用正交设计试验优化。葛根素含量采用高效液相色谱法测定。结果优选的挥发油提取工艺为加水10倍量,水蒸气蒸馏4 h;挥发油得率最高为0.7%。优选的挥发油包合工艺为温度40℃,挥发油-β-环糊精(1∶8),搅拌3 h包合。优选的水煎煮工艺为加水10倍量,煎煮2次,第1次1.5 h,第2次1.0 h。结论优化工艺设计合理、可行。

Study of Extract Process of Jiebiao Qingre Tablets

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extract process of Jiebiao Qingre Tablets. Methods The volatile oils were extracted by the steam distillation. The inclusion factors of volatile oil,the yield of water decoction extract and puerarin content were optimized by the orthogonal test. The content of puerarin was determined by the HPLC method. Results The optimized extraction process of volatile oil was adding 10 times the amount of water and conducting the steam distillation for 4 h,the highest recovery rate of volatile oil was 0. 7%.The optimized inclusion process of volatile oil was the temperature of 40 ℃, volatile oil:- cyclodextrin was 1 ∶ 8, and stirring for 3 h,which obtained the highest inclusion efficiency. The optimized water decoction process was adding10 times the amount of water,and decocting twice with 1. 5 h for the first time and 1. 0 h for the second time. Conclusion The optimized process is reasonable in design and feasible.
