| 摘 要： | 高效抗逆转录病毒疗法(HAART)是目前临床上最有效的治疗和控制艾滋病方法,HAART显著降低了艾滋病患者的死亡率,但部分患者可出现严重的毒副作用,最主要的毒副作用与线粒体毒性相关,本文就HAART导致线粒体损伤的相关机制进行综述。

| Abstract: | Highly active antiretroviral therapy （HAART） is the most effective treating or controlling method of AIDS. HAART can significantly reduce the mortalities of AIDS patients. However, some severe side effects, which were mainly related to mitochondrial toxicity, appear during HAART. The mechanism of HAART-related mitochondrial toxicity was reviewed in this paper. |
