动力髋螺钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折16例临床观察

目的 分析股骨粗隆间骨折的手术治疗方法、临床资料。方法 对16例老年人股骨粗隆间骨折全部采用手术动力髋螺钉(DHS)内固定治疗，并术前术后积极治疗并存病和预防并发症发生。结果 术后随访二年，除3例地址迁移或死于并存病外，其余患者均关节功能良好无疼痛，步行自如，生活能自理，疗效达到优良。结论 老年人股骨粗隆间骨折采用(DHS)内固定手术治疗，能使骨折端在解剖复位基础上得到坚强的内固定，不需再外固定，可早期下床活动，降低死亡率，减少并发症和髋内翻发生，提高肢体功能，达到满意的治疗效果。

Clinical Observation On 16 Cases Of Intertrochanteric Fracture Trea Ted By Dhs

Objective To analyze the clinical data and operation methods for intertrochanteric fracture. Methods 16 cases of senile patients with intertroehanteric fracture had received DHS internal fixation. The complications were prevented and the coexisting diseases were treated actively in perioperation period. Results: The patients were followed up for 2 years. All of them had got favorable treatment effect and viability, except 3 missing cases due to address changed. Conclusion DHS internal fixation for senile intertroehanteric fracture could earn firm internal fixation on the base of anatomic reduction without external fixation, as well as getting satisfing treatment effects with earlier activity recovering. Lower mortality, reduced complication and less introversion of the hip joint.
