摘    要:目的探讨离体大鼠心脏心室内压力与心室容积相关性。方法在离体大鼠收缩心脏模型上,通过左心耳切口放入左心室内一弹性好、无张力的乳胶小球,逐渐向小球内注射生理盐水以扩张小球容积。观察左心室收缩内压(LVSP)、左心室舒张期末压(LVEDP)、发展压力(DP=LVSP-LVEDP)、左心室内压最大上升速率(LVdp/dtmax)与左心室容积的相关性。结果在正常收缩状态下(Ca2+=2.5mmol·L-1),LVSP、LVEDP、DP、LVdp/dtmax与左心室容积的相关系数依次为0.8931、0.9793、0.6524、0.8420。结论提示左心室内压力与容积呈较强的相关性。

Abstract:Objective Study the relativity of left ventricular pressure and volume in the isovolumic rat hearts. Methods In the model of isovolumic perfused rat hearts,a water-filled lates ballon was put in.The left ventricular cavity through the cut of left atrium, and a tube connecting to the out flow tract of the cylinder to form a close system was filled with salt water. Salt water was infused into the latex ballon gradually in order to change the volume of left ventricular Cavity.Result The results suggested that at the normal contractive condition(Ca=2.5mmol/L)、 LVSP-Volume、 LVEDP- Volume LVdp/dtmax- Volume and DP -Volume relationships remain liner. The values of each regression were 0.8931、0.9793、0.6524、0.842 1 respectively.Conclusion It is conclued that the cardiac hemodynamics have a much correlation with the left ventricular volume in the model of isovolumic perfused rat hearts.
