美多巴和溴隐亭对醒状昏迷患者的治疗作用

目的探讨美多巴和溴隐亭对醒状昏迷患者的治疗作用。方法选用符合醒状昏迷条件的患者40例，随机分为治疗组（20例）及对照组（20例），治疗组用美多巴及溴隐亭治疗，对照组用安慰剂同法给药。结果治疗组：症状有明显改善者12例，无效8例，总有效率为60％；对照组：症状有改善2例，无效18例，总有效为10％，两组在疗效上有明显差别PC。结论美多巴和溴隐亭对醒状昏迷患者有一定疗效。

Clinical study on the role of madopar and bromotipine in the patients with vigil coma

Objective To study the role of madopar and bromotipine in the patients with vigil coma.Methods Forty cases of vigil coma were selected and divided randomly into the therapeutic group(20 cases)and the control group (20 cases). The therapeutic group was given madopar and bromotipine, the other was given placebo. Results 12 patients improved from the irorigianl conditions and 8 patients were unchanged in the therapeutic groups. The effective rate was 60 %;2 patients improved from their origianl comditions and 18 patients were unchanged in the control groups. The effective rate was10%. There was remarkably diffecnce between the two groups. Conclusion Madopar and Bromotine have a certain curative effect in the recovery of the patients with vigil coma.
