| 摘 要： | 目的探讨支气管哮喘患者的情绪障碍。方法分别对30例健康人和30例支气管哮喘息者进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD），汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评分，进行对照研究。结果支气管哮喘息者和正常人HAMD、HAMA评分对比，显示支气管哮喘患者精神、躯体症状和正常人之间存在显著差异（P＜0．001）。结论支气管哮喘患者普遍存在抑郁和焦虑情绪。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigae the role of psychological factors in patients with bronchial asthma. Method To analyze the psychological staus of 30 bronchial asthma patients and 30 healthy persons using Hamilton depression(HAMD)、Hamilton Anxiety (HAMA) scales. Result There was significant difference in somatic and psychological scores of HAMA between the two groups (P<0.001). Conclusion Psychological factors play a role in patients with bronchial asthma. The patients commonly have depression or anxiety. |
