| 摘 要： | 为了解糖尿病患者红细胞免疫功能,检测21例糖尿病患者红细胞膜C_3b受体花环率试验(RBC—C_3bRR),红细胞免疫复合物花环率试验(RBC—ICR)。结果显示糖尿病患者组RDC—C_3bRR,RBC—ICR较对照组显著降低(P<0.01),伴有并发症的糖尿病患者RBC—C_3bRR显著低于无并发症的糖尿病患者(P<0.05)。提示糖尿病患者存在原发性红细胞免疫功能低下,其在糖尿病并发症中起一定作用。

Study on Red Blood Cell Immune Function in the Patients with Diabetes |

| Abstract: | To investigate the RBC immune function in the patients with diabetes,RBC C3b receptor rosette (RBC-C3bRR) and RBC immune complex rosette (RBC-ICR) were detected on 21 cases of diabetes. The rate of RBC-C3bRR and RBC-ICR were significantly lower in the patients with diabetes than those in control group( P <0. 01). The rate of RBC-C3bRR in the diabetic with complication was lower than those without complication ( P <0. 05). It suggests that the patients with diabetes have primary RBC immune dysfuction which participated in the development of diabetic complication. |
