| 摘 要： | 介绍了电子病历的基本问题和HL7 CDA临床文档标准;提出XML电子病历编辑器是完成数据类型复杂医疗文档的重要工具;认为在医院建设基于XML技术电子病历系统的核心价值体现在方便快捷的医疗信息采集、医疗质量实时监控、医疗管理决策支持和医疗科研应用等方面。
