河南省被监管人员HIV感染状况分析

目的]了解河南省被监管人员HIV感染状况。方法]对公安、司法监管场所新入所的被监管人员进行HIV抗体检测和危险行为调查。结果]2006年全省共检测被监管人员39835名,检出HIV抗体阳性者103名,抗体阳性率是0.26%。驻马店市被监管人员HIV感染率最高,达2.18%。危险行为特征以既往有偿采供血为主,占53.4%。结论]河南省被监管人员平均HIV感染率较低,但个别市感染率较高,应加强对该类人群的监测、宣传教育与管理。

ANALYSIS OF HIV PREVALENCE IN THE POPULATION WHO WERE DETAINED IN HENAN

Objective] To investigate the HIV prevalence of people who were detained by public security and judicature in Henan. Methods] People who were detained by public security and judicature were investigated by questionnaires and received HIV screening tests. Results] 39 835 people who were detained were tested. Among them, 103 HIV infected cases were detected and the average HIV detection rate was 0.26%. The highest HIV prevalence rate in Zhumadian was 2.18%. The main risk behavior character was paid blood donors, accounted for 53.4%. Conclusion] The average HIV prevalence rate is low, but the infection rates in some cities are relatively high. We should strengthen the surveillance, education and management among these people.
