| 摘 要： | 目的探讨前列腺灌注治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法采用三腔气管插入尿道，第一个气囊注入膀胱内，打开第二个气囊，注入药物。结果74例患者中，60例痊愈，好转14例。结论前列腺灌注是治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎的可行办法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effect of prostate infusion in treating chronic bacterial prostatitis.Methods Adopt tricavity pipe inserting into ureter,the first airsac infused into the bladder,open the second airsac,and infused the medicine.Results Among 74 cases,60 cases recovered,better 14 cases.Conclusion Prostate infusion is effective in treating chronic bacterial prostatitis. |
