康泉预防顺铂化疗所致胃肠反应的临床观察

目的　观察康泉预防顺铂化疗呕吐的疗效。方法　对 32例接受顺铂方案化疗的患者 ,采用随机自身对照的方法 ,分别用康泉 3mg静推 ,每周期一次。蒽丹西酮 8mg静推 ,每天 2次 ,连用 5d。观察两药止吐的疗效。结果　康泉和恩丹西酮均能有效防治顺铂所致的恶心、呕吐 ,两药的止吐有效率分别为 75 %和 6 8 8% ,完全缓解率分别为 6 2 5 %和 5 9 3% ,P >0 0 5。两药的副反应轻 ,主要为头痛、便秘等。结论　康泉能有效预防顺铂所致胃肠反应 ,不良反应轻 ,是良好的止吐药物

Kytril in the prophylaxis of gastrointestinal reaction inducesd by cisplatin

AIM We observing kytril in the prophylaxis of gastrointestinal reaction induced by cisplatin. METHODS A randomized self control trial was carried out. 32 patiens acceptanced cisplatin chemotherapeutic, 3 mg of kytril was given intravenously before chemotherapy on the first day. 8 mg of ondanseton was given intravenously before chemotherapy twice every day, for five days. RESULTS Kytril and ondanseton are both to prevent the gastrointestinal reaction, the effects achieved were 75% and 68 8% respectively. The side effects of kytril and ondanseton were headache constipation and et al. CONCLUSION Kytril can effectively prevent the gastrointestinal reaction inducesd by cisplatin. The side effects of kytril are similar.
