摘    要:<正> 茶叶是湖北省土特产之一,我国人民有饮茶的传统习惯。国内外资料曾报导茶叶中含有较多的氟,为确定茶叶中含氟量及其在总摄入量中所占的地位和茶叶氟防龋的意义。对该省主要品种的茶叶及茶水中含氟量进行了测定。样本来源及测定方法茶叶氟测定:由省烟、麻、茶公司及武汉茶场提供的茶叶,经干燥器干燥后,粉碎、过筛,以1NCl浸提1小时后,用氟电极法测定其中可溶性氟。茶水氟测定:取茶叶1克,用沸腾的无离子水100毫升沏泡30分钟,冷至室温,取


TEA FLUORIDE AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE IN THE PREVENTION OF CARIES
Abstract:The fluoride content of twenty-two kinds of tea from Hubei Province was determined. The mean values of fluoride were 146.82mg/kg and 38.05 mg/kg in the green tea and black tea respectively with statistically significant difference. Fluoride in the raw tea was higher than that in the fine tea. After being boiled in water for 30 minutes(tea lgm in water 100ml), the fluoride in the first infusion of tea was 0.68—3.08mg/l, the mean rate of extraction was 88.03%. If one takes five grams of tea daily, one would intake 0.17~0.65mg of fluoride from the tea, about 13.18~50.39% of the total daily fluoride intake. It is obvious that drinking tea in lower fluoride area may represent a possible preventative measure in dealing with dental caries.
