摘    要:目的:建立PCR-PAGE分子生物学技术,从基因水平检测导致男性不育的Y染色体微缺失。方法:采用多重PCR技术及PAGE分离技术对男性不育患者的Y染色体AZF区域进行检测。结果:51例男性不育患者中有5例AZF区域存在缺失,缺失率为9.8%。结论:PCR-PAGE分子生物学检测Y染色体微缺失技术有效、简便,适用于男性不育患者的诊断。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a molecular biology technique of PCR-PAGE to determine Y chromosome microdeletion which could be a important factor in male infertility at a gene level.Methods:Multiple PCR method and PAGE technology were used to detect azoospermia factor(AZF)regions of Y chromosome.Results:5 cases existed microdeletion among 51 infertile males,the prevalence rate of microdeletion was 9.8%.Conclusion:The PCR-PAGE method is effective and simple in determination of Y chromosome microdeletion,and is applicable for diagnosis of male infertility.
