| Abstract: | A rare juvenile case of traumatic hemorrhage in the basal ganglia with intraventricular hematoma, associated with von Willebrand's disease, is reported. Hemostatic management of von Willebrand's disease and our surgical method for treatment of intraventricular hemorrhage are discussed briefly. |
