| 摘 要： | 对内科患者２４１６０人次手背静脉穿刺时握拳与手放松的观察。结果：手放松时，手背静脉穿刺一次成功率为９３．０％，握拳时一次成功率为８３．０％。建议穿刺手背静脉时患者手宜放松，以提高穿刺成功率

Effects of Clenching One's Fist and Relaxing One's Hold on the Venipuncture of Hand Back |

| Abstract: | An observation on clenching one's fist and relaxing one's hold of patients in internal medical department (24160 person-times) was performed.The result showed that when relaxing one's hold the success rate of single puncture was 93.0% and when clenching one's fist it was 83.0%,suggesting that venipuncture of hand back be done under condition of relaxing one's hold to enhance the success rate. |
