特发性头痛78例临床分析

目的:多方面探讨特发性头痛的病因。方法:对2005年2月~2006年4月间78例特发性头痛患者进行回顾性分析。结果:78例特发性头痛患者全部存在脑供血异常。脑供血异常包括:脑动脉痉挛,脑供血不足,脑动脉供血不平衡;78例特发性头痛患者中有30例患者血小板增多,占78例特发性头痛患者的38.46%。结论:特发性头痛与脑供血异常相关,临床治疗特发性头痛时应注意纠正脑供血异常;血小板增多在特发性头痛患者中比较常见,可以考虑作为诊断特发性头痛的一个依据,并作为使用抗血小板药阿司匹林、双密达莫等治疗特发性头痛的依据。

Clinical analysis on 78 patients with idopathic headache

Objective To probe into the cause of idopathic headache in many ways.Method For 78 cases with idopathic headache between February 2005 and April 2006 were analyzed.Results All 78 cases with idopathic headache had abnormal offering bloods to brain.The abnormal offering blood to brain included brain artery spasm,brain offering blood insufficiency,and brain artery offering blood out of balance.There were 30 patients with thrombocythemias,occupied 38.46%.Conclusion Idopathic headache is relatied with abnormal offering blood to brain.During clinical treatment to idopathic headache,weshould pay attention to correct abnormal offering blood to brain.Thrombocythemia in the patients with idopathic headaches is more often,may be considered as a accordance for diagnosing idopathic headache,and as a accordance for using antiplatelet drugs,such as Aspirin and Dipyridamole to treat idopathic headache.
