| 摘 要： | 目的澄清剂用于玄冬颗粒的澄清工艺。方法比较了澄清剂与乙醇对口服液的主要成分含量的差异。结果澄清剂用于中药提取液的澄清在主要成分含量较乙醇有所提高。结论在中药提取液的澄清工艺中可用澄清剂替代乙醇。

| Abstract: | Objective To use clarification agent in clearing process of Xuan Dong Keli.Methods To compare clarification agent with alcohol by measuring quantitative analyses of paeoniflorin. Results It was shown that main components quantity of koufuye using calrification agent were higher than that alcohol did. Conclusion Clarification agent can be used to clear herbal extract instead of alcohol. |
