| 摘 要： | 采取疑难病例评析方法，报告并分析了2例以骨转移为首发表现，临床症状和影像学改变不典型，血清甲胎蛋白不升高，经过细针吸取活检明确诊断的原发性肝细胞癌，提出对于同时存在不典型的肝脏和骨病变的病例，应用细针吸取对骨病进行活检，方法简便，安全可靠，有利于鉴别诊断，可以避免肝脏活检和对骨病变的手术活检。

| Abstract: | The clinical presentations and imaging characteristics of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) are usually various and complex. This article reported 2 cases of HCC with the initial symptoms being bone metastasis that did not exhibit typical clinical manifestations or distinct feature in liver imaging, without elevated serum alpha-fetoprotein. The diagnoses were certified by fine needle aspiration biopsy, which is recommended for differential diagnosis in cases of complex HCC with bone metastasis, to avoid liver biopsy and surgical bone biopsy. |
