| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨股骨转子间骨折病人康复训练效果。方法：对DHS和Gamma 钉治疗38例老年股骨转子间骨折术后采用系统规范的康复训练，结果：38例患者除2例因其他疾病在院外死亡，其余患者骨折已愈合，生活基本能自理，结论：系统、规范的康复训练是促进老年股骨转子骨折手术后功能康复的重要保证。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the rehibilatative results of femoral intertrochanteric fracture of elderly post operatioely.Method:Systemic and regular rehibilatative exercises were carried on 38 old patients of femoral inter trochanteric fracture treated with DHS and Gamma nail.Results:38 patients were recoved except two of them died out of hospital for other disease.They all live in normal life.Conclusion:Systimic and regular rehibilatative exercise was the most important methods for functional recovery of old patients of inter trochanteric fracture postoperatively. |
