儿童口腔颌面部脉管瘤的治疗特点

目的：评价儿童口腔颌面部脉管瘤的临床与治疗特点。方法对602例儿童口腔颌面部脉管瘤进行了手术、硬化、激光、介入等治疗。结果：本组手术治疗474例，占78．73％，治疗有效率达99．58％，硬化治疗67例，占11．13％，有效率达98．51％，激光治疗56例，占9．31％，有效率达98．21％，介入治疗5例，占0．83％，有效率达80．00％。四种治疗方法总有效率达99．16％。结论：儿童口腔颌面部脉管瘤的治疗应选择好适当的方法即可取得较好的疗效。

The Therapeutic Study on Children with Oral and Maxillofacial Vascular Tumor.

Objective: To evaluate the clinical and theraputic feature of children's oral and maxillofacial vascular tumers. Methods: 602 cases of vascular tumors of oral and maxillofacial region were treated with surgery, sclerotherapy. Laser, and embolization. Results: 474 cases (78.73%) were operated and the effective rate was 99.58%, 67 cases (11.13%) were through sclerotherapy and the effective rate was 98.51%, 56 cases (9.31%) were through laser and the effective rate was 98.21%, 5 cases (0.83%) were through embolization and the effective rate was 80.00%. in the group which the total effective rate was 99.16% in four treating ways. Conclusion:Before treating , we must select the best way to treat the hemangioma or lymphangioma of childre's oral and maxillofacial region so as to gain the better results.
