| 摘 要： | 目的：研究强化护理干预措施对ICU住院谵妄患者预后的影响。方法：134例患者于入住ICU后因各种因素发生谵妄被按顺序分入常规护理组和强化护理干预组。于当日3小时内、48小时及出ICU（转出、直接出院）前3小时内,采用CAM-ICU量表进行谵妄评估。强化护理干预组在常规护理的基础上进行护理教育,对患者采用个体化护理等多因素干预措施。结果：两组患者在年龄,性别构成和APACHEⅡ评分等方面均无统计学差异。强化护理组患者在第5天维持谵妄状态的患者明显少于普通护理组（P〈0.01）,而且前者的ICU平均住院日明显缩短。结论：强化护理干预措施能够缩短ICU患者谵妄的持续时程,并能够减少谵妄患者的平均住院日。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect of intensive nursing intervention on delirium prognosis. Methods: 134 patients who consecutively admitted to ICU were recruited in the survey. They were divided into the usual-care group and the intensive nursing intervention group.
