湛江市区黄胸鼠和褐家鼠对抗凝血灭鼠剂的抗药性调查

摘    要:目的调查湛江市区在采用第一代抗凝血灭鼠剂(主要是敌鼠钠盐)20年后,改用第二代抗凝血灭鼠剂4年,黄胸鼠和褐家鼠对第一代抗凝血灭鼠剂的抗药性变化。方法用非选择性实验进行抗药性研究,将其结果与4年前相关数据比较。结果两种家栖鼠对第一代抗凝血灭鼠剂抗药性水平比4年前降低,特别是黄胸鼠。结论对第一代抗凝血灭鼠剂产生抗性种群的地区,改用第二代产品,能缓解前者的抗药性。

Abstract:Objective In Zhanjiang proper, the first generation anticoagulant rodenticide (mainly diphacinone Na) had been used for more than 20 years. To investigate the resistance of Rattus flavipectus and R.norvgicus to the first generation rodenticide after Bromadiolone (a second generation anticoagulant rodenticide) were used for 4 years. Methods No choice feeding tests were carried out and the results obtained compared with those 4 years ago. Results The resistance of the two commensal rodent species,espcially R.flavipectus ,to the first generation rodenticide have declined. Conclusion In the areas where resistance of commensal rodents to the first generation rodenticide had evaluated, After Bromadiolone was used for a few years,the resistance should be slow down could hold back.
