| 摘 要： | 目的 :总结老年股骨颈骨折的原因及康复护理经验。方法 :调查分析 5 5岁以上股骨颈骨折 5 6 0例的病因 ,针对其内、外因普及预防知识与进行健康教育。结果 :根据骨折原因及有针对性的健康教育与康复指导 ,患者均康复出院。结论 :骨折的主要原因与老年人骨质疏松及外伤等因素有关 ,针对骨折的原因采取有效的预防措施 ,并进行健康教育及康复指导 ,对股骨颈骨折患者的心理与肢体运动功能的恢复起到了积极的作用 ,患者生活自理能力改善 ,提高了生活质量

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore nursing experiences about old people with femoral neck fracture.Method:We had treated 560 cases of old people with femoral neck fracture(>55 years old) and analyzed their etiology.Concluded nursing experiences.Result:All patients had healed discharged from hospital through health education and convalescence nursing.Co~nclusion:Etiology is connected with osteoporosis and trauma,we should put forward related nursing measure,according to their etiology,improve their self care ability. |
