两种不同方法治疗不稳定型粗隆间骨折的早期疗效比较

目的探讨两种不同方法治疗不稳定型粗隆间骨折的早期疗效。方法回顾性分析我院近年来收治的采取两种方法治疗的185例骨折患者的临床资料。结果 Gamma钉组的功能恢复优良率达到86.59%,与DHS组的69.51%比较,差异有统计学意义。结论 Gamma钉与DHS相比具有明显的优越性,是较好的治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的方法,值得临床推广使用。

The early effects of two different treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fractures compared

Objective To explore the two different approaches to the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fractures of the early effects. Methods A retrospective analysis were admitted to our hospital in re-cent years,these two methods of treatment of patients with fractures of 185 patients with clinical data. Results Gamma nail group function recovery rate of 86. 59% good,and the DHS group 69. 51% compared with a significant difference. Conclusion Gamma nail and DHS has obvious advantages in comparison,is a better treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of the method,is worthy of clinical use.
