| Abstract: | It analyzed the causes of nursing disputes in pediatric ward and its precaution. And it suggested that pediatric nursing staffs should change their viewpoints, abide by rules and regulations and operating manual strictly. And they should learn more law knowledge and enhance their self-protection consciousness as well. |
