| 摘 要： | 运用时间医学理论，可以诊断病人脉象变化，诊断疾病阴阳属性，诊断疾病病住所在，还可以判断疾病预后。但时间因素只是疾病发展的一个因素，而不是唯一因素。疾病尚有传变，又有兼夹、并病、合病之分，故在临床上切不可盲目夸大时间因素的作用，应辨证论治，治病求本。

| Abstract: | Time medical theory can be used to determine the changes of pulse condition, yin - yang properties, location and the prognosis of a disease. But the time factor is only one of the factors in the development of the disease, not the only factor. Since there are transmission and changes of disease, annexing and combination of diseases, clinically the time factor must not be blindly exaggerated, but syndrome differentiation and treatment and seeking the primary in disease treatment should be stressed. |
