| 摘 要： | 复发性阿弗它溃疡(recurrent aphthous ulcer,RAU)或复发性阿弗它口炎(recurrent aphthousstomatitis,RAS)是最常见的口腔粘膜病,但病因仍未完全清楚。RAU的病因除与局部因素、全身因素、微生物因素、营养缺陷、微循环障碍有关外,更多的研究焦点停留在遗传因素和免疫功能改变上。本文对RAU的各种可能的病因作一综述。

| Abstract: | Recurrent aphthous ulcer (RAU), or recurrent aphthous stomatitis(RAS), is the most common disease of cari oris mucosa. The cause of RAU is unknown, and it may be related to local factor, systematic factor, microbial factor, nutritional deficiency and microcirculatory disturbance. The focus of the research is genetic factor and the change of tmmunologic function. The study on etiology of RAU were reviewed in the article. |
