| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Vitapex糊剂用于儿童年轻恒牙根尖诱导成形术的治疗效果。方法对95例儿童,109颗牙根尖未发育完成,牙髓病变已经波及根髓、牙髓坏死或并发根尖周炎的年轻恒牙分为2组,分别用Vitapex糊剂和氢氧化钙糊剂进行根尖诱导成形术,术后两年随访并比较其疗效。结果 Vitapex糊剂组：总有效率为94.5%。氢氧化钙组：总有效率为77.8%,实验组和对照组成功率的差别有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论用Vitapex进行根尖诱导成形术是一种简便、有效、可靠的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Aim To observe the effects of Vitapex used in apexification.Methods 109 teeth of 95 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The root canals were filled with calcium hydroxide paste and Vitapex paste,respectively.The period of obersvation after filling was two years.Results The effective rates in the group of calcium hydroxide paste and Vitapex paste were 91.84% and 77.55%,respctively.There was a significantly statistical difference.Conclusion Vitapex paste is an effective filling material used in ape... |
