丹参酮联合氢氯吡格雷治疗心绞痛的临床观察

目的观察丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 2011年1月至2012年9月,70例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分成两组,均给予心绞痛内科常规治疗,对照组给予丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液静脉滴注40mg/d,治疗组在对照组的基础上加服硫酸氢氯吡格雷75mg/d,疗程2周。结果对照组有效率68.57%,治疗组82.86%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效确切。

Clinical Observation of the Sulfotanshinone Sodium unite Clopidogrel Bisulfate the Treatment Angina

Objective To observe the effect that the sulfotanshinone sodium unite clopidogrel bisulfate treat angina.Method From January,2011 to September,2012,there are 70 unstable angina pectoris,random being divided into 2 groups.2 groups all give the angina Medicine normal regulations to cure,The control group give the injection sulfotanshinone sodium（40mg/d,ivgtt）,on the basal,The treatment group useing clopidogrel bisulfate（75mg,po,qd）to treat,treatment for 2 weeks.Result Curative effect of the treatment group obviously surpasses the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion In curing the unstable angina,the effect of sulfotanshinone sodium unites clopidogrel bisulfate is affirmation.
