摘    要:目的探讨128排螺旋CT及MRI对骨质疏松性及骨质疏松椎体压缩的不同诊断价值。方法收集临床诊断为椎体原赶性骨质疏松症并在1周内进行128排螺旋CT及MRI检查患者56例72个椎体压缩性骨折,总结螺旋CT及MRI骨质疏松及椎体压缩性骨折表现。结果128排螺旋CT对骨质疏松程度判断有独到之处,MRI能初步判断骨质疏松,其对引起的椎体压编性骨折128排螺旋CT和MRl各有优势,128排螺旋cT在显示骨折线及附件骨折明显优于MRI,MRI在显示骨挫伤和脊髓损伤明显优于128排螺旋CT。结论128排螺旋CT能够判断原发性骨质疏松程度,与MRr结合能更加准确判断骨折程度及骨挫伤。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the different diagnostic value on osteoporusis and osteoporotic vertebral compression of the 128 row helical CT and MRI. Methods Col- lected clinical diagnosis of vertebral osteoporosis in 56 cases of patients with 72 vertebral compression fracture which examed on the 128 row helical CT and MRI in I weeks, summed up the spiral CT and MR1 osteoporosis and vertebral compression fl'acttn'e. Results 128 row spiral CT had one's own knack in osteoporosis degree ,jtldgment, MRI could preliminary judge osteoporosis. 128 row helical CT and MRI each have an advantage on the cause of the vertebral compression fracture. 128 row helical CT was significantly better than that of MRI in displaying the fracture line and attachment to the fracture, MRI showed significantly better than 128 row spiral CT in bone contusion and spinal cord injury. Conclusion 128 row spiral CT can determine primary osteoporosis degree, can more accurately determine the degree of fracture and bone contusion combined with MRI.
