儿童孤独症58例的临床分析

目的探讨儿童孤独症的临床特征及干预方法。方法采用Gesell发育量表评定、孤独症行为评定（ABC）和儿童孤独症评定量表（CARS）对58例孤独症患儿的运动、语言、社交、生活等各方面的能力与56例精神发育迟滞儿童进行对比。结果儿童孤独症患儿各项发育指标明显落后,尤其是语言、精细动作和适应性。结论对儿童孤独症患儿早期发现、早期明确诊断,多种方法并用的治疗措施意义重大。

Clinical Analysis on 58 Cases of Childhood Autism

Objective]To study the clinical characteristics and intervention methods of childhood autism.Methods]With Gesell developmental scale assessment,Autism behavior Checklist （ ABC） and Childhood Autism Rating Scale （ CARS） ,the abilities of movement,language,sociality and life of 58 children with autism and 56 children with mental retardation were compared.Results] All of the growth indexes among children with autism lagged significantly,especially in language,fine motor ability and adaptability. Conclusion]Early detection,early diagnosis and comprehensive treatment measure have important significance on the childhood autism.
