复方野菊感冒冲剂的清热抗炎止咳作用

目的 观察复方野菊感冒冲剂的清热抗炎止咳作用.方法 动物随机分为5组,对照组,ig.等体积水;阳性组,ig.阿斯匹林100mg/kg(咳必清10mg/kg);给药组,分别ig.复方野菊感冒冲剂3g/kg、6g/kg、12g/kg,每天给药1次,连续7天.观察对大鼠酵母发热和角叉菜胶足跖肿胀以及小鼠咳嗽潜伏时间和咳嗽次数的影响.结果 复方野菊感冒冲剂可显著抑制大鼠发热和足跖肿胀,明显延长小鼠咳嗽潜伏时间和减少咳嗽次数.结论 复方野菊感冒冲剂具有明显的清热止咳作用.

The Effects of Fufang Yeju Ganmao Granule on Antipyretic and Anti-inflammation and Antitussive

Objective To observe the effects of Fufang Yeju Ganmao granule on antipyretic and anti-inflammation and antitussive.Methods Animals were divided into five groups randomly. The control group was intragastrically administered equal volume of water. The positive group was intragastrically administered Aspirin at 100mg/kg or Pentoxyverine Citrate at 10mg/kg. Fufang Yeju Ganmao granule at 3g/?6g/kg and 12g/kg were intragastrically administered the other three groups respectively, once a day for 7 consecutive days. The effects of antipyretic and anti-inflammatory were observed, adopted fever medle caused by yeast and toes'swelling medle caused by carrageenin in rats. The experiments of relieving cough of mice were carried out, observed the cough latent period and the number of cough.Results The body tempreture of Fufang Yeju Ganmao granule groups was obviously lower and toes'swelling was slighter in rats, and the coughing latent period was prolonged and the coughing frequency was reduced in mice, compared with the control group.Conclusion Fufang Yeju Ganmao Granule has obvious antipyretic and antitussive effects.
