火针配合穴位敷贴治疗咳喘105例

目的：观察运用火针配合穴位敷贴治疗慢性咳喘的临床疗效。方法：105例患者，按照寒热辨证进行火针治疗，同时取菟丝子、白芥子、五味子等药熬成黑膏药，贴于各穴位上。结果：临床治愈45例，显效34例，好国志23例，总有效率97.1%。其中喘息和哮鸣音的消失率明显高于咳嗽和咳痰症状消失率（P＜0.05)，且哮喘患者治愈率和总显效率高于慢支患者（P＜0.05）。寒证患者有效率100%显著高于热证患者89.6%（P＜0.01)。结论：火针配合穴位敷贴预防和治疗咳喘的发生有较好疗效，对哮喘症状的改善优于咳嗽症状的改善，且对寒证疗效较热证好。

Red-hot Needling plus Acupoint Application for Asthma in 105 Cases

Purpose To observe the curative effects of Red-hot needling plus acupoint application in the treatment of chronic asthma. Method One hundred and five patients were treated by Red-hot needling based on cold-heat identification, as well as herbal paste on acupoints consisting of Semen Cuscutae, Brassicae Albae Semen and Fructus Schisandrae. Results 45 cases achieved clinical cure, 34 cases marked effectiveness, 23 cases improvement and the total effective rate was 97.1%; the disappearance rate of panting and wheezing was apparently higher than that of cough and expectoration (P<0.05); the cure rate and total marked effective rate of asthma were higher than those of chronic bronchitis (P<0.05); the effective rate for cold pattern was 100%, higher than 89.6% in heat pattern (P<0.01). Conclusion Red-hot needling plus acupoint application acted well in the prevention and treatment of asthma, better on asthma than on cough, better on cold pattern than on heat pattern.
