武鸣县华支睾吸虫病流行情况调查

目的了解武鸣县华支睾吸虫病流行情况。方法根据行政区划,随机选取调查点,用醛醚集卵法粪检华支睾吸虫卵,用压片法检查螺、鱼类的自然感染情况,通过解剖动物查找成虫并了解保虫宿主的感染情况。结果共粪检35698人,阳性人数10036人,人群平均感染率为28.11%;成人平均感染率为34.89%,中小学生平均感染率22.41%,男性平均感染率为31.10%,女性平均感染率为23.32%;中间宿主螺类平均自然感染率0.91%,鱼类8.81%,保虫宿主家犬感染率16.67%,猫40.00%。结论县境内华支睾吸虫病广泛流行,属重度流行区;流行区呈“片状”分布,以县城、乡镇、村圩等集市为中心,感染率逐渐向边远地区下降。

Survey on the Prevalence of Clonorchis sinensis in Wuming, Guangxi

Objective To study the prevalence of Clonorchis sinensis in Wuming county. Methods Stool samples were collected from randomly selected sites in the county. The parasite eggs were checked with formalin-ether concentration method. The larvae in the snails and fish, and the flukes in the reservoir animals were also examined. Results The average infection rate of Clonorchis sinensis in the residents was 28.11% (10036/35698) and that in the adults and school children were 34.89% and 22.41%,respectively. The prevalence rates in the male and female were 31.10% and 23.32%, respectively. The infection rate of snail was 3.18% and that in fish host was 8.81%. The infection rates in dogs and cats were 16.67% and 40.00%, respectively. Conclusion Clonorchiasis is endemic in Wuming county with higher prevalence in urban. Town and village center areas showing a "patch" distribution pattern.
