强噪声对豚鼠耳蜗内电位(EP)及耳蜗动作电位(AP)影响的实时分析

摘    要:本文对10只豚鼠,在接受强噪声(125dB LP)前、接受噪声同时及噪声后的耳蜗内电位(EP)及耳蜗动作电位(AP)结果进行了分析,发现强噪声对EP值影响较小,对AP参量影响较大。提示:在强噪声作用下,蜗内电位(EP)参量对噪声性声损伤的作用不敏感;噪声对耳蜗损伤的靶器官并不是在血管纹,而是直接损伤毛细胞和神经末梢。

Abstract:This study was done to analyze the changes of EP and AP in 10 guinea pigs during, befor and after intensive noise exposure (125dB LP).We discovered that the effect of intensive noise on EP was less than AP. It denoted that EP was not sensitive to noise exposure, and vascular stria was not the target organ for noise exposure.The changes of AP were the result of direct damage to the hair cells and nerve endings by the noise.
