摘    要:目的 研究脑卒中患者联合反应程度对功能恢复的影响,为早期诱发患肢主动运动,寻求有效运动训练模式,合理制定康复治疗方案提供依据。方法 通过对脑卒中患者健下肢运动时引发患下肢的联合反应,进行表面肌电信号采集,按BRUNNSTROM分级进行相关性分析。结果 在健下肢加阻外展和内收运动情况下,患下肢表面肌电信号提示联合反应较明显。结论 脑卒中病人在早期,诱发联合反应有助主动运动出现,对肢体功能恢复有积极意义。

Abstract:Objective To study the influence of stroke associated reactions on functional recovery in an attempt to find effective training modes for inducing active movement of affected extremities in the early stage and provide clues for formulating appropriate training programs. Methods Data of surface electromyography (sEMG) of affected lower extremities were obtained when abduction and adduction of the non-affected side were conducted and associated reactions were initiated on the affected side simultaneously, Correlation analysis between the clinical period (BRUNNSTROM) and associated reactions was performed. Results sEMG of the affected adductor in associated activities was higher in stroke patients with BRUNN- STROM Ⅲ than those with BRUNNSTROM Ⅳ- Ⅴ. sEMG of the affected abductor in associated activities was higher in stroke patients with BRUNNSTROM Ⅲ-Ⅳ than those with BRUNNSTROM Ⅴ. There was a significant difference in correlation coefficient between associated reactions and the clinical stroke stages. Conclusions Early induction of associated reactions helps recover positive movement, which is of significance in functional recovery of affected extremities in stroke patients.
