麦普替林联合氟西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效对比分析

目的：评价麦普替林联合氟西汀治疗抑郁症的临床疔效和安全性。方法：将符合CCMD-3抑郁症诊断标准的61例抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组（麦普替林联合氟西汀组）（31例）和对照组（氟西汀组）（30例），治疗6周。用汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评定疗效，用抗抑郁药副反应量表（SERS）评定不良反应。结果：治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为84％和77％，两者比较差异无显著性，但治疗组的痊愈率达到65％和对照组37％相比差异有显著性，同时治疗组的起效比对照组快。结论：麦普替林联合氟西汀治疗抑郁症是一种恰当的联合治疗方法。

A comparative study of maprotiline plus fiuoxetine in treatment of depression.

Objective:The aim of this study was to determine the efficacy and safety of maprotiline plus fluoxetine for the depressive patients.Methods:A controlled study was carried out between 61 patients who met the CCMD-3 criteriaon of major depression.The 31 of total patients were treated with maprotiline plus fluoxetine(therapeutic group) and the others were treated with fluoxetine(control group) for 6 weeks.The efficacy was assessed by Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD) and the safety was assessed by Rating Scale for Side Effects(SERS).Results: After 6 weeks treatment,the efficacy rate of the therapeutic group and control group were 84% and 77%,respectively.The results have no remarkable differences in two groups(P>0.05),but therapeutic group's convalescing rate achieved 65% and the control group 37%,The results have remarkable differences in two groups(P<0.05).and the therapeutic group took effect more quickly.Conclusions: maprotiline plus fluoxetine is an appropriate method in treatment of depression.
