| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨超声聚焦刀在晚期胰腺癌局部治疗中的价值。方法：应用超声聚焦刀治疗晚期胰腺癌22例。结果：超声引导焦点定位准确可靠，监控显示的回声增强是判断治疗有效的可靠指标。超声聚焦刀具有无创安全、无并发症、癌性癌痛缓解率高、生活质量明显提高之优点。结论：超声聚焦刀对不能切除的胰腺癌，在行姑息手术后，作为肿瘤的局部治疗，无疑是一崭新的、具有较好疗效的治疗方法。

B Type Ultrasonogram Directed Focal Fields and the Therapy of Advanced Pancreatic Carcinoma by the Focused Ultrasound Knife |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of high intensity focused ultralsound(HIFU) in treatment advanced pancreatic carcinoma.Methods 22 cases were treated by HIFU.Results B type ultrasonogram directed focal tields accurate and reliable.Real-time survillance displayed that the intensive echo was the reliable standard to evaluate efficiency. HIFU has the merit of no complication, no invasion, safety, high remission rate and increased live quality.Conclusions HIFU as local therapy is undoubtedly a new and good effiency therapy method for unresectable pancreatic carcinoma after palliative surgery. |
