| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨磷霉素致过敏性休克的一般规律。方法:对1994年～2004年国内医药学术期刊报道的有关磷霉素致过敏性休克病例进行统计分析。结果:10年间国内公开报道的磷霉素致过敏性休克共36例,其中死亡3例。结论:磷霉素可致过敏性休克,应引起临床高度重视。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To provide into the regularity of anaphylactic shock induced by fosfomycin injection.METHODS:The reports of fosfomycin-induced anaphylactic shock from 1994 to 2004 were retrieved and analyzed.RESULTS:36 cases of anaphylactic shock were publicly reported in these 10 years,among which there were 3 cases of death.CONCLUSION:Fosfomycin may induce anaphylactic shock,which should arouse more attention in clinic. |
