| 摘 要： | 为研究IgA型内毒素抗体与各型肝炎的关系,我们采用EIA法对慢性重型肝炎、肝硬变、慢性肝炎和急性肝炎患者各10例血清进行了IgA型内毒素抗体浓度的检测(均呈HBV-M阳性)。结果如下:慢性重型肝炎组、肝硬变组和慢性肝炎组阳性率分别为70％、60％和30％,急性肝炎组和正常人组一样均为0％。慢性重型肝炎组与急性肝炎组和正常

| Abstract: | To study the relation between anti-
endotoxin IgA and hepatitis, anti--endotoxin IgA in
sera from patients with hepatitis was measured by
EIA method. The results showed that the positive
rate of anti--endotoxin IgA was 70%, 60%, 30%,
0%, 0% in the groups of. patients with chronic
severe hepatitis, cirrhosis, chronic hepatitis, acute
hepatitis, and normal control, respectively. It was
found that there was no difference in the positive
rates of anti-endotoxin IgA in sera from patients
with stable and active liver diseases. Therefore,
detecting anti--endotoxin IgA in serums of patients
with hepatitis may be helpful for judging the
condition of the patients, but anti-endotoxin IgA
may not be important for neutralizing endotoxin in
serum. |
