| 摘 要： | 目的：观察保肝3号汤结肠给药对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎肝功能异常患者保肝降酶作用的疗效。方法：将60例确诊病例随机分为口服给药组和结肠给药组,分别予保肝3号汤结肠滴注给药和口服给药,两组均1月为1个疗程,观察其治疗前后临床症状、体征、肝功能的改变。结果：保肝3号汤可有效改善患者的临床症状、体征及肝功能指标,其结肠滴注给药组疗效与口服给药组相比无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论：保肝3号汤结肠给药可经肠道吸收起到良好的疗效。结肠给药可作为慢性乙型病毒性肝炎保肝治疗的有效给药途径。
