于氏头针联合阿托伐他汀对中风危险因素的干预研究

目的探讨于氏头针联合阿托伐他汀对中风危险因素高脂血症和高同型半胱氨酸血症的干预效果，以及预防脑卒中的价值。方法将80例研究对象随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，观察组采用于氏头针联合阿托伐他汀治疗，对照组采用阿托伐他汀治疗，比较二者的临床预防效果。结果两组研究对象与治疗前指标对比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），观察组效果好于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论应用于氏头针联合阿托伐他汀对中风危险因素高脂血症和高同型半胱氨酸血症的临床治疗效果好，可以预防脑卒中的发生，值得临床推广应用。

Interference study of Yu's scalp acupuncture combined atovastatin on the risk factors for stroke

Objective To explore the effect of the Yu＇s scalp acupuncture combined atovastatin on the risk factors for stroke of high blood lipid and hyperhomocysteinemia in serum, and the value of stroke prevention with the method. Methods 80 cases with high blood lipid and hyperhomocysteinemia were divided randomly into the investigation group （40 cases） and the control group （40 cases）. The former took the Yu＇s scalp acupuncture combined atovastatin, the latter took the atovastatin, compared and observed theclinical efficacy of the two groups. Results Before and after treatment, compare two sets of data, significant difference （ P 〈0. 05 ）, but the investigation group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The Yu＇s scalp acupuncture combined atovastatin has a good clinical efficacy, in interfering the risk factors for stroke of high blood lipid and hyperhomocysteinemia, which can be effeetive in preventing stroke, and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
