含胸腺肽综合治疗白癜风疗效及对T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

摘    要:目的观察采用胸腺肽等综合治疗白癜风的疗效及对外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法98例白癜风患者随机分为综合治疗组(治疗组)65例和常规治疗组(治疗对照组)33例,比较治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群、自然杀伤(NK)细胞变化,并与25例健康人对照。结果治疗组总有效率75.38%,治疗对照组为42.42%(P〈0.001),治疗前白癜风患者外周血CD3、CIM及CIM/CD8较正常低(P〈0.05),治疗后综合组CD3.CIM及CIM/CD8均升高,与治疗前比较有显著性意义(P〈0.05),而常规治疗组治疗前后比较无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论白癜风患者存在细胞免疫功能异常,采用胸腺肽等综合治疗能提高疗效及细胞免疫功能。

Abstract:Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of integrated therapy and the impact on T - lymphocyte subpopulatian in Vitiligo patients, Methods 98 vitiligo patients were divided into integrated treatment group consisted of 65 eases and routine treatment group consisted of 33 eases, and then compared them with 25 healthy controls. The levels of T - lymphocyte subpopulation and NK cell in the peripheral blood of all patients were determined with flow eytometry. Results Effective treatment rates in treatment group, treatment control group were 75, 38% and 42.42% ( P 〈 0, 001 ), Before the treatment, decrease of CD3, CD4 and CD4/CD8 (P 〈0.05) were found in two Vitiligo groups. After the treatment, CD3, CD4 and CD4/CD8 were increased in integrated treatment group compared with that of before treatment ( P 〈 0.05 ), while there no marked change in treatment control group was observed. Conclusion Cellular immunity is impaired in vitiligo patients. Integrated treatment with thymus peptide can increase the cure rate and enhance cellular immunity.
