尿毒症患者血清白细胞介素-18水平与脂代谢紊乱的关系

目的　探讨尿毒症患者血清白细胞介素 18(IL 18)水平与脂代谢紊乱之间的关系。方法　应用酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA法 )检测 3 0例尿毒症患者和 2 5例对照组血清IL 18水平 ,用Pearson直线相关分析法分析IL 18与各项血脂之间的关系。结果　 ( 1)尿毒症患者血清IL 18及脂蛋白 (a)水平明显高于对照组 ;( 2 )尿毒症患者血清IL 18水平与脂蛋白 (a)呈明显的正相关关系(r =0 .5 2 2 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;( 3 )尿毒症患者血清IL 18水平与甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白均无相关性。结论　尿毒症患者血清IL 18升高可能与动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病的发病率增加有关

Relationship between serum interleukin-18 level and disorder of lipid metabolism in uremic patients

Objective To explore the relationship between serum interleukin 18(sIL 18) level and disorder of lipid metabolism in uremic patients.Methods Serum IL 18 level in uremic patients and healthy controls was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbant assay(ELISA).The relationship between serum IL 18 and lipids(Lp) was evaluated by Pearson correlation analysis.Results (1)The serum levels of IL 18 and Lp(a) were significantly higher in uremic patients than those in controls.(2)There was a significantly positive correlation between serum IL 18 level and Lp(a) in uremic patients( r =0.522, P <0.05).(3)There was no correlation between serum IL 18 level and TG,CH,LDL CH and HDL CH in uremic patients.Conclusion Elevated level of IL 18 may be associated with an increased atherosclerotic cardiovascular morbidity in uremic patients.
