反位手法在非线阵探头盆腔超声检查中的使用价值

目的 旨在探讨常规手法和部位探测不能清晰显示所查脏器或疾病时,而使用反位手法的临床价值。方法 对650例超声所查器官或诊断不明的病人,采用反位手法进行检查,并进行阳性结果对比。结果 650例病人中,有630例（96．8％）超声图像得到不同程度的改善,其中明显改善546例,占84％,稍改善84例,占12．9％。结论 使用反位手法为一些常规手法和部位不能清晰显像的病例提供了一条便捷、准确的诊断手段。

Value of inverse hand- method in the examination pelvis with non- linear transducer ultrasound

Objective To discuss the clinical value of inverse hand - method when the usual method and position can not demonstracte the organs on the diseases clearly. Methods Six hundred and fifty patients whose organ imaging of diagnosis were not distinct had been examined by the inverse hand - method and compared with the positive results. Results The imaging of 630 in 650 patients (96.8 % ) were improved variously, Among them 546 were improved(84% ) greatly and 84 were improved slightly(12.9%) . Conclusion The inverse hand - method provides a convenient, precise diagnostic way to the cases which can not be showed clearly with the usual method and position.
